we each have our own way of letting our personality show and the most visible is through our personal expression of fashion. our oldest has always been our classic, elegant with a twist when it comes to fashion sense as seen here.

my fashion sense on the other hand is the mommy trend ~ comfortable, easy care, and clearance rack. O.K so clearance rack is my first priority when making purchases. i thought i was creating a wardrobe keeping up with trends and had not committed any major fashion fas paux . i mean i always have a clean t~shirt and appropriate undergarments on when dropping my kids off at school. and i have never, ever worn house shoes outside of my house, flip~flops yes but definitely not house shoes. so imagine my horror when one of my all time favorite old navy clearance finds was featured on TLC's What Not To Wear. i was horrified!!! do i dramatically trash my favorite with it's plastic hanger and go out and purchase something that will have to be dry cleaned and come from a store that does not even have a clearance rack or do i stand firm in my personal style? well, since i don't have a $5.000 visa card with my name on it and a week in new york i guess i will stay in my clearance rack, mommy style. so i will stake my claim to fame as my wardrobe was featured on what not to wear.
